DALMATIAN DOORS™ and Woodworking interior doors are constructed of solid - NOT engineered - stile (vertical portion) and rail (horizontal portion) construction with options for wood or glass panels. Poplar, for years has been the paint-grade wood of choice for solid hardwood door companies, furniture makers and cabinet shops.

Paint grade doors ship primed white and stain grade options ship as raw wood ready to stain and/or paint.

Installation Guide

How It Mounts & Installation Overview

Door Plate Positioning: Attach the door plates 1-3/4" from the door edge.
Dampener Engagement: Pre-engage the soft close dampener by pushing the dampener trigger toward the 4-wheel roller hanger before inserting into the track. (Important: The dampener must be engaged, or the soft close will not work and may be damaged).
Track & Hanger Insertion: Insert the soft close unit into the track with the 4-wheel roller hanger entering first, then mount/hang the door and lock it in place.
Actuator Arm Mounting: Slide the door away from the end of the track and install the actuator arm inside the track 2-1/4" (or at your desired position) from the jamb.
Final Adjustment: Hand-tighten the actuator arm (do not use a power drill) ensuring it remains straight. Slowly close the door to verify it seals against the jamb and operates properly.
